1. Overview of The Circle Membership

The Circle is a digital membership focused on intentional planning, emotional wellness, and sustainable lifestyle structure. Members receive:

• Quarterly digital planning system

• Printable versions of the quarterly planning materials

• A quarterly workbook aligned to the theme and psychological foundations of the quarter

• Access to a private community space (currently hosted on Facebook)

• General group sessions, guidance, and community support (not 1:1 coaching)

All content is informed by psychology and scientific research.
The Circle does not provide therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care.

Access is personal, individual, and non-transferable.
You must be 18 years or older to join.

2. Payments, Billing & Renewals

The Circle is offered as:

• Quarterly subscription

• Annual subscription

Renewal may be automatic depending on the plan selected at checkout. If automatic renewal is in place, the member will be notified.

If payment is not completed or fails, access to all member materials and the community will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Prices may change with prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following condition:

• If a payment (quarterly or annual) has been processed, the member may request a refund within the first 7 days of that billing period.

No refunds are provided after the 7-day window, regardless of usage, downloads, or participation.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content provided within The Circle—digital planners, printables, workbooks, videos, audio, text, community material, branding, images, and all derivative products—is the exclusive intellectual property of Nolara.

Members are granted a personal-use license only, meaning:

You May:

• Use the materials for personal planning and wellness purposes

• Share photos of your planner or materials on social media only if proper credit is given (e.g., “Using The Nolara Way / The Circle” or similar attribution)

You May NOT:

• Reproduce, copy, scan, upload, distribute, or share Nolara materials

• Sell, resell, or commercially use any content

• Claim the content or system as your own

• Edit, redesign, or repurpose the materials into products

• Use the content to teach workshops, courses, or coaching

• Give or sell your login or files to another person

• Upload files to public or private repositories, groups, or platforms

• Translate the content for distribution

• Use the methodology, structure, or framework for commercial gain

Strict Anti-Plagiarism Clause

Any form of unauthorized distribution, reproduction, commercial use, or plagiarism of Nolara content will result in:

1. Immediate and permanent termination of membership access, without refund

2. Pursuing legal action, including intellectual property infringement claims, damages, and removal of illegally distributed content

Nolara enforces a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism, misuse, or unauthorized sharing.

5. Testimonials & Marketing Permissions

By participating in The Circle, you agree that Nolara may use:

• First name

• Voluntarily submitted written feedback

• Survey responses

• Testimonials explicitly shared for marketing use

No last names, photos, or identifying personal information will be used without direct, explicit consent.

6. Community Guidelines

Participation in the private community is a privilege. Members must:

• Treat others with respect, sensitivity, and professionalism

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or harmful behavior

• Keep all community content confidential

• Avoid promoting products, services, or personal businesses

• Not solicit coaching clients or members

• Not share screenshots, stories, or content from other members outside the group

Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Modifications to The Circle

Nolara reserves the right to:

• Update or expand content

• Modify the structure, features, or hosting platform

• Add or remove offerings

• Adjust pricing

Members will be notified of significant changes via email.

8. No Guarantees & Limited Liability

Nolara does not guarantee specific outcomes in planning, emotional wellness, productivity, or life results.

The program offers guidance, structure, and tools—not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

Members are solely responsible for their decisions, wellbeing, and actions.

9. Technology & Platform Use

Nolara is not responsible for:

• Issues caused by GoodNotes, Notability, Facebook, or any third-party platform

• Device failures, storage issues, or user error

• Access limitations caused by internet or system outages

10. Termination of Access

Nolara may terminate access without refund for:

• Plagiarism or IP violations

• Harassment or harmful behavior

• Breach of community guidelines

• Payment fraud

• Unauthorized distribution of materials

• Any misuse of The Circle's content or spaces

Terminated members cannot rejoin under the same or a new account without written approval from Nolara.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

Any dispute shall first attempt resolution via mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.

12. Updates to the Terms

Nolara may update these Terms at any time.
Members will be notified of updates via email.
Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
